The J.A. Shipping Whistleblower Channel
We strive to conduct our business in a responsible and upright manner. We welcome concerns from anyone in or outside J.A. Shipping.
However, before you file a report, we would like to inform you of how to use the system and how reports made through the J.A. Shipping Whistleblower Channel are handled. Please read The Whistleblower Policy before you file your report.
J.A. Shipping Whistleblower policy
The Whistleblower Policy describes how J.A. Shipping offers its employees, suppliers, or business partners e.c. the possibility to report any (suspected) misconduct, breaches, concerns, incidents e.c. through the Whistleblower program. The main purpose of the whistleblowing channel is to provide employees support and guidelines to report severe misconduct which have occurred or very likely to occur within our organization in which an employee is or was in contact through their work, including breaches/ misconduct of the J.A. Shipping Code of Conduct, without a risk of being subject for retaliation.
Use of the J.A. Shipping Whistleblower channel is entirely voluntary. We encourage you to report possible violations and concerns directly to your supervisor or manager, or directly to the HSE Manager. If you feel unable to do so, you can report through the J.A. Shipping Whistleblower channel.
